BETAMONT s.r.o. has been on the market for more than 30 years, developing and integrating its own intelligent transport technologies in road and rail transport. Its portfolio is shaped by the modular concept of Measure-in-Motion®. The company built on more than 80 years of history when it became the successor to the executive unit of Slovak Railways, namely the Signaling and Security Workshops in Košice. It currently operates internationally and develops and integrates its own intelligent transport technologies in road and rail transport. The key area is transport. BETAMONT has a very strong background and knowledge base in this area. The company's research and development activities are thematically focused on intelligent transport systems for roads and railways. The development of a specific product does not end with its launch on the market; efforts to improve and expand its functionality continue with regard to current market requirements or specific implementation projects. "The core of intelligent transport systems is information that needs to be collected, transmitted, integrated and provided". Currently, the product portfolio consists of the Measure-in-Motion concept, variably deployable in the road environment and also in the railway environment. The aim is to obtain the largest possible set of relevant data about the road/rail vehicle itself or. traffic flow without limiting the smooth flow of traffic at the measurement point.
